Partner Comp Workout Announcement! : Workout 1 10min amrap Cal Row Rx 30/25 Scaled 25/20 10 Shoulder to Overhead Rx(115/75) Scaled (75/55)+ 10 Box Jump Rx (24″/20″) Scaled (24″/20″ but may do step ups) * While one partner is rowing the other will be completing as many rounds and reps as they can of 10 shoulder to overhead and 10 box jumps. When partner 1 finishes the row the partners will switch and now partner 2 will be on the row while partner 1 is working on shoulder to overhead and box jumps.
